Swimming Pool Podolí

The Swimming Pool Podolí is located in the Prague district with the same name. The general public can use two 50 metre long swimming pools, indoors and outdoors, a 33 metre long outdoor pool, a children's lido, a roller coaster, and many other water attractions. In the summer time visitors can sunbathe on large grassy areas and even a nude beach is located here. Throughout the year, the outdoor 33 metres long pool is heated up to the temperature of 26 – 27 °C. A part of the complex is also a hot steam room (Turkish style baths), a well-equipped fitness centre Tyran and a solarium. It is possible to buy a one-day ticket in the summer time, in the winter the price is based on the number of hours spent in the area.

Factory Pro

The Factory Pro exercise and relaxation centres can be found in the shopping centres Nový Smíchov and Černý Most. Both members and non-members have unlimited sporting opportunities here. They can choose from 20 different forms of aerobic exercises. The spacious gyms are completely equipped with exercising machines of the Grün Sport Company and with CONCEPT II rowing simulators. Trainers, ready to help and advise, are at your disposal. You will even find the largest cardio zone in the Czech Republic, which is fully equipped with the STAR TRAC® machines. Treadmills, steppers, and stationary bicycles are available as well. There are also massaging services on offer. The complexes also include 25-metre swimming pools and squash courts.

Sports Area Na František

The sports area Na František offers large outdoor sports enjoyment. There is a large 40 x 20 metre playing field for football or handball and a multipurpose playing field for floorball, basketball, or netball. Those interested in minigolf or table tennis will also be satisfied. There is a training climbing wall and a children's play ground, where tubes for crawling, swings, a rope pyramid as well a sandpit are also situated within the area. There is no entrance fee and some of the playing fields can also be used for free.
